"Charles Douglas was born in 1976 in Seattle, Washington. In 1997 he made an album with Maureen "Moe" Tucker from The Velvet Underground on drums. Despite rave reviews, and praise from David Bowie and Pixies, the record sold 3,000 copies and then went out of print.
