Dasi was an experimental pop/folk band from Gainesville, Florida, composed of Taraka Larson, Nimai Larson, and Michael Collins. After Taraka and Michael moved to Boston for school, the group went on hiatus. In 2007 they began performing under the name of Prince Rama of Ayodhya, with a more experimental, naturalistic sound.
