Maintain was started in the Spring/Summer 2005 by Sean and Chris writing songs that are now on their six song demo cd or cassette. Now with a couple years under their belts, they have released their first 7" EP entitled SEARCHING FOR BALANCE (Words of War Records) and they have released their second record entitled SAVE YOURSELF in 2008.
