Partizan is a Romanian rock band founded in Bucharest, Romania in 2001 by Adrian Pleşca and Răzvan Moldovanu of Timpuri noi fame, along with Vali Neamţu, Dan Muşetescu, Vasile Malic and Cristi Sandu.
