The Leo Bugariloves was one of the most legendary groups that recorded for Bad Vugum, now defunct Finnish indie label that focused on leftfield punk and avantgarde rock. The band was put together on Christmas 1981 by Pupu Lihavisto and RukiVehr A. Kivi.
