Ulvi Cemal Erkin (14 March 1906–15 September 1972) was a Turkish composer. Erkin graduated from Galatasaray High School. He passed the examination and was sent to Paris, France for his education with Cezmi Rifki Erinc and Ekrem Zeki Un by the state in 1925.
