This prog outfit hails from Fort Worth, Texas. In late '95 the improv-based group Anne Hand (with drummer Nathan Brown) had imploded leaving Kurt Rungey (keyboards) and Bill Pohl (guitars) to form The UNDERGROUND RAILROAD a few months later.
